Ballroom Fitness Class
Experience the joy of ballroom dancing while getting into shape! This class is intended for those new to dance or want a review. We will learn the basic steps of some of the most popular ballroom dances and get a work out at the same time focusing on our legs, abs and gluets. See you at class!
Your instructor has been dancing and teaching for 17 years. She has taken numerous hours of private instruction from top ballroom competitors and coaches and she can't wait to share her love of dance with you.
