Couples Massage
In today's world, stress seems ever present in our lives. Work, home, children, and the list goes on. Finding time to take care of ourselves and spend time with our significant other is no easy task. This class allows you to do both. In this class, we will focus on massage for relaxation. You will learn techniques to reduce tension in the neck, shoulders and back. Not only will you learn methods of reducing stress in your life through massage, but you will also have time to give undivided attention to your partner. Bring a set of sheets and a pillow for comfort. Wear comfortable clothing such as sweats and a T-shirt. This class is open to couples who wish to learn massage for stress-reduction.
