Hip Hop Workout

Turn up the music and turn out the steps in this fun, energetic workout class. Based on the music and moves of hip hop dance, you won't even realize how many calories you are burning as you crank out the cardio, tone and have a blast. No dance experience is necessary. This class is for adults of all ages. Please bring a mat or towel.

Your instructor, an Owatonna native, loves teaching this class! She offers numerous Hip Hip classes in the area and has a dance background.
