Owatonna Community Education

This class teaches the beginner complete safety and all required procedures for open water scuba diving certification.  A vacation to an ocean destination or a trip to a local lake will take on an entire new meaning after completion of this course!

This course is offered by the Owatonna Scuba Diving Club.  After completion of the course, a participant will be qualified to participate in the open water certification checkout.
