All-Pro Cow Camp

All-Pro Cow Camp is designed for cow campers who have participated for at least two years in Rookie Camp.  This experience will provide a camper with a one-on-one assignment to a young dairy heifer to perfect showmanship and herdsmanship skills.  Camps will be six hours long so there is quality time to work directly with animals and prepare for a public showing of heifers at the Steele County Free Fair.  Campers must be available for all dates and times listed below.  Adult supervision will be provided for the following dates and times.  A “Cow Camp” class of heifers will show at Noon on August 18th in the SCFF Livestock Arena.  Heifers will be on exhibit August 17th and 18th at the Fair.

August 2, 9, & 16 from 9:00-3:00 p.m. at Clover Glen Farms

*Campers provide their own sack lunch.  Refrigeration available.

August 17 from Noon-5:00 and August 18 from 7:30-1:00 p.m. at Steele Co. Free Fair
